Paul brings more than three decades of expertise in property development, infrastructure, and construction industries. His career spans executive and senior management roles across both listed and private sectors, encompassing property developers, design consultants, contractors, and project management specialists.
David is a founding Director of JDSi and he has more than 25 years’ experience in a wide range of land development and civil infrastructure projects. David has gained significant experience in project management and contract administration with an extensive background in designing major subdivisions and infill developments across Western Australia.
Steven is a founding Director at JDSi with over 25 years’ experience in civil engineering roles for large residential, commercial, and industrial subdivision developments. His expertise encompasses project management, contract administration and superintendent roles. Recently he has focused on concept planning and providing engineering input into structure plans for several large developments, leading to developing strong relationships with servicing authorities and local government agencies.
Jason is a founding Director of JDSi and has more than 30 years’ experience in civil engineering roles for subdivisional, infrastructure, and mining developments throughout WA. He has acted as a Project Manager and Design Office Manager in land development offices, major project offices, and within mining Joint Venture projects. Jason has expertise in the project management, contract administration and design of subdivisional developments and major infrastructure projects.
Blair has almost 20 years’ experience in construction, civil design and contract administration across a wide range of civil engineering projects including multi-staged residential subdivisions, challenging brownfield redevelopments and major infrastructure upgrades. He has experience in all aspects of land development and civil engineering, including due diligence reporting, planning, design and authority approvals. Blair also has significant experience as a Superintendent undertaking contract administration works on numerous projects.
Herbie has more than 20 years' experience in the IT industry encompassing IT Management, Project Management and Consulting. His extensive expertise covers the entire IT lifecycle, including service, vendor and infrastructure management, as well as large migrations and integrations, primarily within large global corporate engineering firms as well as his own IT consulting business. Returning to JDSi after establishing its technology foundations in its early days, Herbie brings a wealth of new technology and experience to the team.
Kevin has responsibilities across both the technical and administration areas of the business. He has gained over 25 years experience in project leadership and management roles, predominantly in the resources sector. In his career he has held several management positions within Oil & Gas organisations as well as project coordinator roles in multinational Engineering Contractors.
Michael has more than 20 years’ experience in engineering design and project management roles for large residential, commercial and industrial subdivision developments throughout WA as well as experience in the mining and water sectors. He has been involved in all project phases, from master planning, feasibility and detailed design, to construction and clearances at project completion, enabling him to complete all project deliverables on time, and within budget.
Bernard has over 40 years' experience in civil engineering design. He has designed civil infrastructure throughout WA, including bulk earthworks, retaining walls, road works, stormwater drainage, sewer, and water reticulation. He also has experience in overall estate servicing and project design reviews, as well as projects for Water Corporation. As the Design Manager at JDSi, Bernard is responsible for all projects from planning through to implementation.
Chris is a Civil Engineer with over 10 years’ experience in civil engineering roles for subdivision and civil infrastructure projects in Western Australia. His expertise encompasses project management, detailed design and contract administration of subdivisional developments.
Grant has more than 20 years’ experience in design, construction and project management in civil and urban infrastructure. His experience includes structural and coastal engineering design in port upgrades for the mining sectors. Grant has worked extensively in design management, construction supervision and project management of civil infrastructure for urban development related to the subdivision of land for residential and industrial use in WA.
Luigi is a Senior Electrical Designer at JDSi with almost 15 years’ experience in electrical design roles for subdivisional, electrical, power distribution and various lighting applications throughout Australia.
He has had extensive experience in preparing High and Low Voltage submissions during his career, as well as Western Power asset improvements throughout Western Australia.
Aaron is a Senior Civil Engineer and Project Manager with more than14 years’ experience in the construction and development industries.
He is experienced working on a diverse range of complex civil, commercial, education, sports and recreation projects located in the metropolitan area as well as the state’s North. Aaron has significant experience in liaising with contractors, stakeholders and clients.
Darren is a Senior Civil Designer with almost 20 years’ experience in roles for large residential, commercial and industrial subdivision developments. His expertise encompasses three dimensional earthworks and servicing design using 12D Model, drafting using AutoCAD, as well as document control, time and resource management. He has design skills in all aspects of land development including underground servicing, earthworks, roads and drainage, as well as experience in the mining, water and the local government sector.
Steve is a Senior Civil Designer with almost 50 years’ experience in civil engineering roles for large residential, commercial and industrial subdivision developments throughout WA. His expertise includes concept and detailed design for subdivisional developments, experience in dealing with servicing authorities and state and local government agencies. Steve has design skills in all aspects of land development including underground servicing, earthworks, roads and drainage.
Adam has more than 20 years’ experience within the civil construction industry, including extensive experience in the WA land development space. He has extensive experience in remediation works, bulk earthworks, road construction, underground service and asset construction, subdivision construction and management of subcontractors. Adam has a strong history of working closely with Local Authorities, Water Corporation, ATCO Gas, MRWA, Western Power and telecommunications networks, all with a focus on safety, quality and asset protection, while maintaining schedule and budget deliverables.
Domenic D’Alesio is a senior finance professional who holds a Bachelor of Business. He has over 20 years' experience spanning financial analysis, accounting and reporting, payroll, billing, credit and corporate strategy. Domenic joined JDSi in 2011 and manages the Finance and Administration team as well as providing support to the Board and Executive Management Team.
Kim has more than 20 years' experience in all facets of office management and administration. Her background spans Finance, HR, Marketing coordination and Change Management. Kim has successfully overseen numerous software implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption. She has a strong commitment to efficiency and organisational excellence, consistently driving improvements in processes and fostering a productive work environment.
With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Work Health & Safety, and Recruitment, Samantha is a dedicated professional committed to fostering inclusive and supportive work environments. She holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resource Management and is currently pursuing a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety. Samantha is passionate about ensuring workplaces are safe, diverse, and enjoyable for all employees.
Richard is a Director at JDSi with more than 25 years’ experience in civil engineering roles for large residential, commercial, and industrial subdivision developments throughout WA. His expertise encompasses project management, design, contract administration and superintendent roles. Richard’s strengths also extend to project scoping and initial concept phases of projects. His extensive experience allows efficient planning and engineering input from early in the development phase to ensure his clients are provided with a holistic and efficient development approach to their projects.
Brenton is a Senior Civil Engineer with 14 years’ experience in civil engineering roles for residential and industrial subdivision developments in the Perth metropolitan area along with significnt experience in the South West region of Western Australia. Brenton has previously been involved in all phases of a project, from master planning, feasibility and detailed design, tender management, to construction and clearances at project completion.
Rhys is a Civil Engineer with more than 10 years’ experience including engineering input into concept plans, feasibility investigations and cost estimates, detailed design and documentation, through to tendering, contract administration and superintendence for land development projects. He is detail oriented with a strong understanding of land development and infrastructure projects. Rhys is constantly seeking efficiencies in design, documentation and processes to achieve accurate and timely deliverables for the benefit of all stakeholders.
